Let me introduce you to an easy no-bake chocolate cheesecake — quick to prepare, incredibly delicious, and absolutely irresistible. To prepare this sweet temptation, you’ll need:

  • 230 g biscuits (I like to mix chocolate and cream biscuits, but you can use whichever ones you love)
  • 150 g butter
  • 500 g chocolate spread (feel free to adjust the amount depending on how sweet you want it)
  • 470 g cream cheese (I use Philadelphia, but you can use any brand you like or have on hand)

Time to Start Preparing

  • Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. For best results, use a blender to grind them down to a sandy texture — this way, the cheesecake base will be even and firm.
  • Melt 200 g of chocolate spread together with the butter over a water bath. To do this, place a larger pot of water on the stove and set a smaller bowl or saucepan over it with the chocolate and butter inside. Heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Let it cool slightly for a few minutes.
  • Mix the crushed biscuits well with the melted chocolate and butter mixture until you get a smooth, homogeneous mass.
  • Spread the base into a pan, small bowls, glasses, or any other container of your choice in which you will serve the cheesecake, and gently press it down to compact it.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese together with the remaining chocolate spread until you get a fluffy, smooth, and homogeneous mixture.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture over the biscuit base, smooth the surface gently, and let the cheesecake set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
